Let's identify your printer
Enter your serial number, product number or product name

How to find your product name
**Front or Top:** Check near the control panel or the paper tray. The model name is usually printed there in bold text.
**Ink/Toner Door:** Open the cartridge access door. You will find a sticker with the serial number and model ID.
**Regulatory Label:** Look on the back or bottom of the printer for a white label containing technical specifications.
