How to find your audio model
**On the Device:** For headsets, look on the inner side of the headband or near the earcups for the model name.
**USB Connector/Dongle:** Some wireless audio devices have the model and serial number printed on the USB receiver.
**Product Packaging:** If you still have the box, the full technical model name is located near the barcode label.
